Yes I am feeling a lot better than I was. Thanks a lot.
I stressed my back shoveling snow so could barely walk for a day or 3 too. Grin. Man! This has been a tough challenge on old Thor. Also I have been doing the quit smoking thing too. I am doing so cold well nearly cold. I have my own tricks. Perhaps I will do up a program and sell it on Clickbank or something. I think today is day 3 of no smokes at all. I expect after this day all will be smooth saling. Um, rowing?
