500m row

Post by Flamewipe » January 16th, 2016, 7:13 am

Hey,

I've been looking all over the internet for an answer but can't find one.

I would be interested in competing in 500m indoor row as i did my first row yesterday with no training and got 122.1 which i thought wasn't bad.

Question - is this possible as all ive seen is 2000m rows and what would the best cateogory to enter?

I'm 92kg, 6ft male aged 27. (not sure what criteria is used for categories).

Thanks in advance

You've missed the premier 500m competitions for this racing season BRIC and the Welsh. http://indoorchamps.britishrowing.org/ http://www.wirc.wales

Take a look at: http://indoorsportservices.co.uk/forum/ ... =2&t=26331 for other European events.

Age, gender and weight (< 75Kg == LWT, > 75Kg == HWT, the cut-off is 61.5Kg for ladies)
