Good luck with it. Before I started these stretches and rollouts, I would start feeling tight at about 30' and begin to get numbness in my legs at 45'. Those symptoms took much longer to take hold on Sunday. Best. - Chrisericallenboyd wrote:I am going to try that stretching before and after rowing.
