Filtering lost in rankings drill-down on new logbook

Post by jalynn2 » November 20th, 2015, 10:58 am

In the new online logbook, the filtering is lost when I click on the "Your Standing" link in Rankings:

1. In rankings, select an event, season, age group, and gender and Click Search.
2. Click on the number in the Your Standing box.
I am taken to a page in the results for the event in the current season for all genders and age groups. This page does not contain my standing because the number of pages has changed. If I click on the Your standing link again, I do see my event, but it is mixed in with all age groups and genders.

Also, I see that the RowPro links are gone from the standings. Is there any way we can get that back? I loved being able to download the race of someone who is a bit faster than me to row against.

The more you explore it the worse it gets, it just needed a couple of additions like verified and average 500m pace and perhaps some of the new stuff thats been added, maybe a sort by age and thats it. Never really had any major complaints about the way it was, the core of it worked without fault. Currently its totally out of action.

Send an email to ranking@concept2.com with details of your problem or they'll never know it exists.

Just to close this out, David Hart (from C2) fixed this problem very quickly, within 24 hours of me posing this. It works as expected now.
