I found the VO2 calculator for the rowing ergometer but was wondering if such a calculator also exists for the skierg? I do not believe its a one-to-one conversion as skierg times tend to be a fair amount slower (even when comparing elites).
Also, does anyone know of an existing VO2 max protocol (for the skierg) utilized by universities, training centers, or national teams?
Thanks,

I think a good wag for the Skierg is about ~ 15-20sec per 500M slower that the rower.

Update, I think the skierg is more like 10-13 sec per 500M slower than the rower.dcpattie wrote:Link for VO2 Max Calculator for Rower: http://www.concept2.com/indoor-rowers/t ... calculator
