Hi all. I'm back after a few months off. I'm taking a break from running for awhile and picking up the rowing for a change. I'd like to get in on the next challenge, keep me motivated and working towards something.

Hi, Destin.
I'll start a list of goals for the Fall Team Challenge later this week.

I joined TimbukTOO before the Fall Team Challenge last year.
I agree that having a Challenge keeps me motivated.
Maybe we can create our own Team TimbukTOO challenges during the year when there are no official Concept 2 challenges.

Keep posting - comments on the board motivate us all.

Happy Rowing, everybody!

Mine didn't upload for Saturday. I'm still getting use to RowPro, I thought it would automatically upload. Oh well. I set my rowing as online so I thought I was GTG.

HI, Destin.
If your Sunday meters do not include your Saturday meters, you can manually add them. Or maybe you did that already?
Any RowProers out there?
I just type my meters into my cellphone after my rows.
Maybe someday i'll get the Iphone connection so I can use Ergdata.
Good luck.

The ErgData app is excellent. There is a lot of great information provided real-time, and your PM monitor still works, too. I use an old iPod touch with the app, and can row and listen to music (using a cheap set of Bose speakers) at the same time.

I don't remember if the docking station (so your iPhone sits on top of the PM) comes with the iPhone cable or not, but I would recommend getting that, too.

Good Rowing!

Greetings all!
I'm a 58 year old Desert Rat out in Southern Utah. Erging has helped immensely in controlling my Insulin Resistance... Love the challenges and was hoping to be part of the Fall Team Challenge.

Thanks!
Bob

Welcome aboard, Bob! Grab an oar and stay a while!

I started rowing again four years ago to lose 30 lbs and cut my cholesterol levels nearly in half. Changed my diet a lot too. It worked!
