Hey today is the last day of week three of the Dog Days of August challenge.

I am still on track to get it done.
My progress so far is:

Week 1: 25,144m
Week 2: 21,045m
Week 3: 41,549m

Gonna get a good start on week 4 beginning tomorrow! I plan on knocking out at least 20km this weekend, to let me coast into the required 40K by next Friday. Happy erging all!

Hats off to you weekend rowers! I am too beat to row on the weekends. But ... in order to catch up to my season goals, I may do some SkiErging on the weekends ... maybe. I have neglected the SkiErg of late, and I find it is a nice complement to rowing. I am realizing as I get older I just cannot row as much without feeling overtrained.

I was hoping to get on a team for the Fall Team Challenge.

Bought my Concept 2 last fall and have generally been in the 165k - 200k per month range - hit my first million in June and am quickly approaching 1.4M.
