Yes, happy anniversary, Ron. Hope you and Lyn are floating through the day with a big smile on your faces.
Can't believe it's been a year since y'all's Scottish adventure.

Greetings from Tucson! Got a call yesterday afternoon that my Mom was in hospital here, and that she would be having surgery today....so hopped on a plane and got here in time to talk with her prior. Went from being a surgery to more of a procedure, so I am hopeful that things will be okay. I do have my techie stuff with me to get the stats out, and I will do so in a couple of hours. It's amazing how fast you can mobilize when you have to do so. It's 109 here, Minnie....that's almost Sacramento type of temperatures. Whew.

Yeah-but, Tucson is supposed to be The Desert ... Sacratomato purportedly has a Mediterranean climate. Snort.

Hoping that your stoic mom continues to do well, and will be home in time for lunch. Just remember:

Thank you all for the good wishes. I am truly blessed :D
I hope things are going well for you and your Mom Kona. I'll be sending healing thoughts your way.

Ron

PS Minnie, I shared your sister post with Lyn. She is going to Portsmouth today to visit her big sister and, for the first time, to see her new grand nephew.
Yes it is hard to believe that a year ago we were in Scotland. I think I've finally gotten back in the hang of driving on the right

Thank you all for your virtual support ... things are looking up here, so am hopeful that we will get through this as a best case scenario. There is always much to do here to lend a hand and help Mom continue her independent living.

Season meters as of 67/365 = 25,846,830 m

Total meters on the days = 656,987 m (hooboy! that's awesome!)

Sad news...my mom passed away last week. I'm just now returning home from her house in CO. This has been a challenging year for me. I appreciate you all, and am hoping to get back to rowing and checking in here daily very soon.
