So you have the splits in front of you but not the SPM, how convenient. 46SPM average!! Not ever Lwts pull at that rate, that is 11.8 spi. This is coming from someone that can pull over 9000m r20 which is 17 spi. Your 500 time of 1.14.5 shows you have massive power yet when it comes to a 2000m you are so weak.<br /><br /><br /><br /><br /><br />

Every Open competitor at WIRC had a SPM between 30 and 36, only reaching 40+ SPM at the end of the race. 46 SPM for the whole 2K for a HW seems way off the normal stroke graph.
