Chad, put up or shut up. This thread will only end in endless flaming if you don't deliver your so called evidence.

So you have the splits in front of you but not the SPM, how convenient. 46SPM average!! Not ever Lwts pull at that rate, that is 11.8 spi. This is coming from someone that can pull over 9000m r20 which is 17 spi. Your 500 time of 1.14.5 shows you have massive power yet when it comes to a 2000m you are so weak.

Am I the only one who has noticed that our good friend Chad seems to be dragging this discussion on endlessly like some of the trolls you hear about who at one time or another find a new forum and push the buttons of forum members just to get their jollies.

I bet he's sitting back laughing at all of us who follow his inane tirade.

To all of us who are following, we need to get a life, preferably a life without the Chads of the world.

Every Open competitor at WIRC had a SPM between 30 and 36, only reaching 40+ SPM at the end of the race. 46 SPM for the whole 2K for a HW seems way off the normal stroke graph.
