Yep should clarify, dont ramp up the damper if you are not trained up. Basically lots of power and stress in places where you are not used to it. Build it up gradually and listen to the body

at the moment Boat 5 martin but as more entries occur that will change one way or the other. you can improve your position as well by repeating the piece as many times as you like. Boat 5 will float once it has the required personnel of 3HWT, 1 LWT and 1 female and then more boats will appear.

Updated finally, the current tables are as follows and at the end of March it is relegation and promotion time. Numbers in brackets are the times that person has topped the leagues. Numbers based on the pts for the boat you are in at the end of the month. 3 no shows on the CTC and it is automatic relegation

Just joined the team. Not sure if I fully understand the whole CTC thing but it might make more sense once I make an entry.

Its simple, the first lightweight, female and three heavyweights form boat number one. The average time places the boat against other teams. Boat 2 are the next fastest 5, etc.

Welcome aboard Matt, hope it all makes sense now. You float the boat 7.

Its actually quite a hard challenge this month to do full out, but you've done it once so might know now where you can improve. Its better this one to tag on the end of something else and do it when your are really warm

Thanks for the welcome. I was able to improve a little bit. Looks like I'm on boat 6.

For comment:

Planky, the MLWT in 384th place has an anomalous time for 750m. I understand the times of the Banana Boat schooldays crew and those of FF's Romper Room Junior Varsity. An honest effort is such if you arrive next week. Planky's time is a joke and should be removed imo.
