Earn your unique Concept2 valentine....price? 14,000 m....
Thought perhaps that the Winter Park bronze moose might be decorated with Valentines when I went through there this weekend, but it's Winter Carnival and said WP Moose is decorated for the ski season....I do think they used fuzzy slippers for the earmuffs....
It was a moose weekend...even in the comics...
And Joe is already on the Valentine Challenge Honor Board...no surprise there! I will have to work towards earning a Valentine later today as the Colorado Bicycle Summit (a two day event) starts today, and I'll be attending. This year's theme is connecting communities.

Welcome to Steve Ha, new teammate. Steve rowed with us during the Virtual Team Challenge, and wants to go to the moon with us. Good stuff! Also, welcome back to Mary O !
This one's called a Taga bike - a cargo bike that has the child carrier in the front. For those of us who have put their kids into a burley trailer, then had to come to a stop only to see the trailer come zipping around the side of the bike....well, I think it's good to have your kiddo where you can see them. Of course, Peter H would say that the Netherlands has some really nice cargo bikes, and it's not unusual to have one or more kids in the cargo area. It's all good. Below are a couple of the Dutch bikes...although the Dutch dog looks way too comfy.
So...bikes on the brain a bit, after a day and a half of indoctrination. It wasn't about products and bike types, although many of the presenters had photos of many different kinds of bikes. It was about how we incorporate biking into our lives. Safe routes to school was a big topic, especially since there is a Colorado Senate Bill about extending the Safe Routes to School program. This may be in jeopardy in some circles - it appears that a cyclist ran a red light, and nearly ran over a legislator. There are often bad behaviors in both camps.
Meanwhile, we have a bunch of lovers on this team! Look at the Valentine Challenge Honor Board!
