Image So I know that I already used this image once this week, but I want a do-over; I want to use it now instead. It's ever so fitting for this video.

Okay, so half way through and it looks like I underestimated my total meters. If it isn't too much trouble, Lisa, would you raise my goal to 275k?

That will actually be the longest single month that I've been able to row in a very long time.

Thanks Lisa. I wish that I could say that it went smoothly or that I set some sort of record, but after such a long time at much shorter distances, I was glad to get off the erg at the end of it. My back definitely felt it.

Enjoyed the bumper boat video ;-) I have not had the opportunity of rowing on the water and am sure I would do much worse. I have got to master the abdominal workout though. It looks challenging and fun :o

At the end of the loop you can see his feet up in the air. I'm guessing that he tumbled and didn't include that part in the loop.

Gloomy Sunday

Post by ronmardix » January 18th, 2015, 6:05 pm

It's a rainy, gloomy day in my corner of New York. I've finished a 60' row and am taking some down time away from work, chores, and important, life critical endeavors. A glass of wine, some quiet music, and our dog, Dee Dee D'Froshus, who's patiently waiting for the rain to stop so she can go outside to play.
