We'll have to relabel you "Bad Chad!" if that's your avg pace for a 300m sprint. Nice job.

- FB2

Edit - Sorry, I misunderstood, and didn't check the CTC page first. I thought you had decided to play along, "unofficially" of course.

I don't think Chad could pull a 1:12.8 for 100m, let alone 300m. One word...Boob!!!

I think a 1:12.8 avg pace for 100m might be tougher than doing it for 300m, just not enough time to get out of the first stroke hole. Did you by chance record 100m splits? This would be nice and applicable to those that think a "running start" is some sort of benefit that is less than trivial for things like intervals. It made a 0.1 sec difference from my 1st to 2nd 100m, and that would leave me thinking that rather you want to do active or passive rest periods, just do what you like, no reason to trouble over a dead flywheel.

Other interesting stats, would be, SR and DF, if you don't mind releasing those details.

The flywheel was definetly not at a dead stop. That would be from h***. Especially with a max df. I had it (the flywheel) going as fast as possible without it registering on the monitor.

I don't have the splits here with me, but can sure get them. SR was in the 50+ range. Basically half to three-quarter slide the whole way. Turned the erg around so that the fan end was facing the wall too. That avoided the dreaded 'skip' across the floor.

Dwayne
