Really nice effort there Paul especially the first split, I tend to find my second is the fastest.

Today I got it down to 47.7 but I am reaching the end of the road I think. To save me doing the maths what was your SPM.

Once again, great row

George

I figured this was a way to at least get an "official" performance on record, since that seems to be what the CA squirminator is attacking these days. 8)

SR Averaged 48 according to the PM3 Summary. Yes, I think the second 100m is fastest due to the running start, but you can also conclude quite easily that talk about running starts being much of an advantage is pretty ridiculous, 0.1 second is rarely enough to make the difference in a race, much less in a training piece.

Good on your time also, you tall lanky guys have your own set of challenges to overcome. :P

Indeed, FB3 is a model for the humility required to remain in FBRC good standing.

Did you get a chance to play? It looks like the top 10 could handle another 40something. 8)

There is also a new Monster at the top of the list. 1:13.0 43.8. :?

FB2

Didn't get a chance to play yesterday, it was lifting day, (lifted multiple 12oz curls and an 8oz patty clean)! Will row today however!
Isn't it a team event? Should we round upper a few more fatties and just enter times on the months that have pieces that we like???? :D

Other FB (Off for a tray of breakfast burrittos)

Afterall, the usual suspects with many other events under their belts are right there giving it their best shot too. Very quantifiable stuff. :D

I guess it pays to warm up. It looks like I've been easily ousted from the top 10 times, but you look pretty secure. I don't think I'll be trying this one again, it was a bit stressful on the old bod.

Cheers.

I'm not sure what OW races we are committing to over this summer but building a CV base is without doubt the most boring phase of training! I don't see how Ranger can spend so much time training!

QUOTE

I don't think I'll be trying this one again, it was a bit stressful on the old bod.

Remember mate your the brains of the organization now, not the brawn, acceptance is a wonderfull thing!

FB
