Yes, Kona that was my first HM since the injury-a very slow one I'm making slow, but steady, progress. I think I'm able to move the tip of my little finger a couple of millimeters, although my therapist said she couldn't see it. Talk about a buzz kill

Happy Christmas from Oz to all the people/ time-zones still celebrating it...
It has been hot and busy here - had a couple of big work days leading up to the big day; then put a magnificent effort in eating my way through the Yuletide feasts yesterday! (Hence the "penance" half moon rowed today, prior to flying to Sydney to see the kids/ grandkids.)
A great herd of reindeer indeed! Well done everyone!
