I discovered the wealth of C@ items for sale on the C2 UK site. Lots more than the US has and some different clothing items like a BIRC shirt.

go to http://www.concept2.co.uk/shop/clothing.php to check it out.

So, maybe US and UK folks can 'trade' and each ship an item or items to the other.

Before we do this mail swap we need to know about the relative sizing. Or even if we are getting one from our own C2 outlet.

C2 folks, is the sizing on the U HC sweatshirt roughly the same as the UK clothing? I know the UK sweatshirt and fleece jacket I got a couple of years ago were HUGE. Are the US ones really big too??

grams

At 132,000 m as of today. I always have enjoyed the HC. It's nice to have a goal and a reward t-shirt/sweatshirt.

Only at 85k so I have had to drop the goal of reaching 200k. I can make 100k easily now, but I really wanted to do 200k: I am gutted, but work and my exam has really taken a lot of my time, so it's not ill will :-(

/Anna

Anna, 100K is still a great accomplishment! My work schedule has been tough lately but have been working to stay on the 200K pace. I recall a few years ago when I was in school that it was murderous to have exams and try to erg against a goal. The erging helped with stress management but having erg goals and exam goals was a real challenge for me. Good Luck and Congratulations!!

As for 200k, there's always next year I guess. I feel less gutted about it right now that I've managed to distance myself from it; but still I'm never happy to give up on anything in life...

At the moment I am working full time plus doing some studying on my own. I teach at a Business School, so to make matters worse all my students are in the middle of their exams which is also a great deal of work for me as the examinator. It's really gruelling to meet those demands so I guess it was only to be expected that I couldn't also do 200k.

I am impressed and very happy to hear that so many of you guys juggle various jobs, studies and still manage to row so much :-) Good luck to everyone and watch out :-) Next year I may be ahead of you :-)

/Anna

Did 12K this morning to make some metres up.

I'm definitely up for paying (extra) to get a sweat/t-shirt over to me in the UK...however I can! ;-))

Seriously thinking about trying to keep up 100-150k a month from now on.
