I wonder if it'll get used that weekend.

I am looking at this but 5 nights @$200/night is a lot of dosh. I might need to look elswhere.
I am thinking of flying out Tuesday and back home on the Sunday (unfortunately) as my wife needs to get to work and I could do with earning some money to pay for it all.

If the UK contingent decide on a cheaper hotel I am all for that, but got to be reasonably good though, I am past the youth hostelling bit now.

Time is getting on - at least can we know when C2 is going to release the rates - I am booking for 6 of us in total and every penny counts!

Thanks

Kimberley

Hi Kimberley

I booked last Friday as I needed to get the plane sorted as we have to leave on the Sunday.
However speaking to the hotel (local rate phone call from the UK which was good) they said we could have the discounted rate (if there was one) as long as we put a freeform comment in the booking web page as we booked.

The AAA/CAA have a booking discount at the moment which would have saved us - 2 people £70 and gives free breakfasts as well. I assume anything that Concept negotiate will be similar.

They also said that they had no information on a C2 rate.

Hope that helps

John

The majority view is that we should hang on and wait until the C2 rate is published - every pound helps!
Could anyone at C2 please let us know when, if at all, the rate is going to be posted?

Many thanks

Kimberley
