The 2006 World Indoor Rowing Championships (aka The C.R.A.S.H-B. Sprints)<br />will take place on Saturday, February 25th at the new Agganis Arena at Boston University<br />(http://www.agganisarena.com). This will the 25th consecutive running of the C.R.A.S.H-B. Sprints!<br />The event will be followed by a party (with live music) at the Copley Marriott Hotel. <br /><br /><note - this is a beautiful location - near downtown boston - better parking and facilities.>

Sir Pirate, you can probably walk across the Charles River in February. This is Boston we are talking about - not the nice mild climate of London.<br /><br />There should be a basketball hoop somewhere around the arena. Don't people check the weather? <br /><br />Since I moved to Boston, I won't have to shack up anywhere, but other than basketball at Paul Flack's house are there other activities scheduled?<br /><br />This will be my first year at the race, and will be looking for an excuse to tell my wife that she'll have to take care of the kids that night. Hopefully, there will be a place to share a few pints that evening. I'd like to see how many beers my hometown Santa Maria buddy JR can handle, and then listen to his training philosophies.

Thanks Pete, just done it, had to knock 9 mins off my FM, 14 sec's off my 10k, 23 sec's off 5k and 1.5 sec's off 2k.
