Thanks for the photos Rick. And, thanks for putting on another fabulous, low key race!

The reason for the quint versus the standard 8, is that we would have to extend the chain of ergs out the door and into the street. The Newbuyport traffic control wouldn't allow us to block the street for our event.

Cheers,

Paul Flack

Bob, by opening the front door we might be able to get a sextuple, and possible even a septuple by extending out onto the sidewalk and putting some shims under the bow seat's slides to overcome the slope of the walkway. (And besides, the C2 eight was done OUTdoors, and is technically in a different category. We were truly and fully INdoors. We have the indoor record...... I think. )

Paul, thanks for organizing the Quint. And congratulations on another PaulS Sledgehammer. Here is a photo of you wielding said sledgehammer in a menacing fashion at the photographer while some psycho behind you urges you on:

Paul Flack threatens photographer (Photo byDan Edson, scared photographer)

At my school's PFC we had 5 ergs on the slides. It was fun. We did 4x10. We would have had 6 but we ran out of slides. I'll see If I can get a pic.

You can make inferernces AND you are a heavyweight?

Come on.

(Does this battle ever end? I think we are probably both in our 3rd decade of this)

Sorry, I misspelled "inferences". Seems neither of us are acting our weight today. I set an SB for 5k this morning, maybe all that speed got to me.
