Rowpro: how accomplish per stroke graph printout?
Got RowPro Home Ed. at 50% off Black Friday. Not TOO much aggro. I am not an intuitive hunter/pecker but once I read everything twice while moving my lips and another time mentally highlighting the parts I understood I got thru a number of procedural do-overs without pulling my remaining hair out. I can't find a way to print the "per stroke" graph. I get a single printout page containing workout stats and "per split" graph easily but no joy on the other. HELP! Jack

Screen shot? That is was I used when I was using RP. My main complaint about it was that the time line was log based, so that the early part of workout was all scrinched up. I would have much preferred the complete raw data, but did not know how to get it. If you know how it can be done, don't bother to tell me. I am very unlikely to go back to RP.

Hi,
The way that I do it is to export stroke data from rowpro in CSV format and then use a magic spreadsheet that was created by a rowpro user "danburpee". This gives you heart rate, pace, rate and all sorts of other goodies. You can get it here: http://www.sub7irc.com/RP_Split_Template.zip
You have to be a registered user of the "indoorsports" website to get to it.
If you don't want t o register, drop me a PM with your email address and I'll send it to you.

Thanks Greg et al. I have finally conquered spreadsheet paralysis with my wife's help and now getting habit of downloading my Pete plan workouts to Excel from logcard as well as to the C2 log. I would like to work a bit with RP to see what it will do. I also need something better than digital fotos to attest to my pursuit of mediocrity. Off to Indoor Sports Services. Jack
