You can google your topic head and find one or two bits in other discussion forums. Nothing commercial with a price tag and testimonials. Jack

Hi,
The closest thing to that would be 2 programs that exist on the website of a company in the UK that reps C2 products.
They have an Interactive weight loss program based on using the C2 erg here: http://indoorsportservices.co.uk/weightloss/interactive
And they have an interactive 2K program here: http://indoorsportservices.co.uk/training/interactive
They allow you to plug in where you are now and create a training program to help you reach goals that you define.
Beyond that, there are a couple of other training programs. I recommend the Pete Plan for Beginners, here: https://thepeteplan.wordpress.com/beginner-training/
It is simple and concise and effective. On the same web site are a good 2K training plan and 5K training plan.
