Ben is overly kind in calling you silly. I have read too many of your posts that are unkind or unthinking or simply rude. Ben appears to be nothing more than someone looking for support from a group. What do you do to support and encourage him? You don't. Have you no shame?

Answer: Absolutely not. You are literally an infection on this forum.
John,

This is very true.
Ben is a 15 year old, and you will the need to do this?

Tom 2k rets 3min can be done in 6 k pace. It would be hard but not uncommen. 6 k pace is 6/7 sec slower than 2k. If not you have to work on your endurence.

hjs, ugh you have it wrong! haha. It was 3x2k, 3min rest at +6 2k not 6k pace!

I do 3 X 2k ergoes, three times a week. i am 16 weight about 77kg and 6ft tall. I have about 10 min break, due to the other squad doing their ergo. We all try to go as hard as we can on every ergo, to push our bodies to the next level, my scores differ from about 4-6 seconds per ergo.

1st. 6:34-7
2nd 6:40-43
3rd 6:44-7

The best way to improve is to push yourself to the limit

Indeed. but even at 16 you should only push yourself 100 % in big races.

I enjoy pushing myself, esspecially in big races. Next year i am aiming for 6:18, how did you get it down to 6:14, or are u just massive. my PB is low thirties, which was on the first of three ergos

Nothing wrong in giving all you got. But don,t overdo it. training needs rest if you push to much and don,t rest enough you will pay in the end. Listen to your body, it will never lie.

about my pb. it did that on 3 ergo's/week average 20/25 k. I did have a track and field background and was fairly strong. That is not the way I would recommend others to do it.

Good luck, hope you will crack that 6.18, I think you can. :D
