I will be down for an unknown period of time as I tore the cartlidge in my rib cage. Pulled back on the pull bar to start a row and pop goes the weasel. Thank god I run and bike as well. No skeleton crew this year.

I did one of the recent C2 workouts of the day today. It was an interval training pyramid. It was great and fun and I held up pretty well. It consisted of alternating hard and easy strokes for 10-20-30-40-50-40-30-20-10 strokes. I rowed at moderate intensity for about 4 minutes before and for 2 more minutes after. Although it is taxing, I really like doing interval routines. My row was over in 20 minutes. I am gonna repeat this one some more over the next couple of months.

I'm good, thanks, After the Fall challenge I've been on other activities and using the rower to warm up and cool down. The distances have been pretty low so I never bothered to log them. This 4+ km was enough of a distance that I figured it was worth logging. I'm going to come back to rowing as my main activity for the Holiday Challenge.
