Firstly cut out carbs after 4pm but make sure you have them for breakfast, mid morning and lunch time in the form of porridge oats, natural muesli, basmati/brown/wild rice, cous cous, gluten free pasta, fresh fruit, cut out bread and normal potatoes and replace with rye bread and sweet potatoes, cut out dairy milk and replace with rice/oat/almond milk.
Protein should come from fresh oily fish, chicken, turkey, nuts, seeds and ocassionally lamb and beef
Make sure you drink tap water between meals and not with food as this will help with ridding the body of excess water retention and toxins.
Try and eat 6 to 8 small meals a day instead of 3 large ones, this will increase metabolism and also aid in recovery.
If you get craving buy some large snackojacks as these are low calorie and will curb your appetite a little.
Good luck
