try leaving the webcast - going to any other page - then clearing your cache.

internet tools/options/delete temporary file. then come back to the webcast page and see if that helps. you might be seeing a lot of traffic on your own network as well...

-bill

QUOTE(little weed @ Feb 13 2005, 12:53 PM)

i had good coverage earlier - as good as tv. but now, not many pics at all, although the audio is coming through ok

jane

That heat might have been the best camera work/commentary yet. Keep up the good work!

Hi Bill

Sounds good but images are cut like a slideshow (either from the web page or directly reading in Windows Mediaplayer 10 just installed)

Cheers

Thierry B
C2 France

Try clearing your disk cache, including all offline documents, then refresh the page. That should clear up the "jerky" image problem.

Go to Control Panel -> Sounds and Multimedia -> Windows Explorer -> Start Navigation and choose [None] for the Name field. That will eliminate the clicking sound. It's a stupid Microsoft default option.

The audio works better but it cuts out too sometime. The video is unwatchable now. It was fine this morning. Maybe the internet is just too congested on Sunday afternoons.

I tried clearing my Internet Explorer cache. Didn't help.
I tried using Firefox browser instead of IE. Same thing. It's not a browser problem.
It's probably an Internet bandwidth problem.

I'm giving up. Maybe C2 will post some of the video on the web later for download. I would love to download this to my computer and be able to watch it without the jerkiness.

i suspect that it is overall internet congestion - we will be putting up all the files so that you can watch any of the race(s) - hoping to be starting up this afternoon.

-bill

QUOTE(Thierry_B @ Feb 13 2005, 02:06 PM)

Same thing. too bad as sound's great (even cut sometimes)
