Competitions
Before anyone says that my time was crap (5:04.8 / 1:34.7) - yes it was, but I wasn't trying. I just decided to settle for 2nd place as I didn't think I would beat Charles Harris who won. He went faster than I could have gone on the day, so that was the right decision.<br><br>I just have a lot else going on at the moment, so wasn't really up for it to try and give him a good race.<br><br>Will be training hard for the next 10 days though and going for a fast 2k at Cambridge.
