Hey John B. I really like the Workout of the Day, too. It puts a lot of zest into my rowing, and shakes it up. I've been doing a lot of intervals 3:00 hard/2:00 easy. Also rows with rate changes.

More company coming next week  When you live in Maine, everyone comes during the best 4 weeks of the year! I like Lisa's idea of putting them on the rower. I'm going to try and still row...we'll see how that goes.

Hi kids,

I'll be on the road starting Sunday for a week and a bit. So for the days I post numbers, I probably won't be doing any commentary since I'll be using either the phone or the iPad. It's too hard to edit! Anyway, cross-pollinate each other with kudos and atta-peeps.

We're driving up to Central Oregon for some R&R in the Bend area -- mainly hiking but maybe trying a kayak or canoe trip. We'll see!

Trying reorganize my routine. Is it a good idea to have a weight training dayin the routine or is following something like Petes plan 4-5 days a week good enough. Looking for suggestions.

I lift 3 days per week, after Erging or a combination of cardio exercises, depending on how I feel, how I ache, etc....
I do mostly power movements for legs, chest, back and shoulders, with some range of motion movements too.
It helps the rowing a lot, and also is really good for the body.

Just got off a great vacation with no internet, no cell phone, just kayaking, hiking and the resort even had a rower I was in heaven. I thought I wouldn't get any meters in :-) :-) but I had it all. Great to be back. And feeling strong.

Glad to see we are in such a high standing got some serious numbers going. Way to go team!
