Might as well be. It was an hour and a cool down but I knew I wasn't rowing today so I decided to get up earlier and row longer than usual.

I went out for a 31-mile bike ride today with my riding buddy. Good news is that I finished. Bad news is that by Mile 13, there's a tunnel, so you go suddenly from sunlight to near-dark. There was also a glossy mud puddle as soon as I entered the tunnel, so I coasted through half the tunnel on my side.
My knee is cut & swollen, I pulled a muscle in my side, my pinky is cut & numb. The rest of the ride was done very carefully, rhythmically, evenly, not to send jolts of pain through the sides of my knee.
I'm assuming only the knee can keep me from riding next Sunday. I feel like those football lists that tell you who's injured, doubtful, hopeful, etc. In 3 days, I'll probably need to make a decision which way to go. My money will surely ride, and hopefully I will too...

I started back at lifting weights- so fitting all of the exercise routine into a 7 day week that includes sufficient rest for my aging and ancient body is a lot more complicated- only a few basic power movemements: flat bench, incline bench, lat pull down, dumbbell shoulder press + stomach work- am experimenting with hip sled- working around my cervical implant, previously herniated lumbar disk, torn meniscus, arthritis, stenosis, etc...- have to go in a straight line and avoid twisting torso or joint movements.
I discovered that I feel better if I do my cardio work- which includes rowing- before I lift- and lifting is a 3 day per week task.
The various forms of elliptical- AMT, ARC, or old school elliptical- are all repetitive motion and are low impact- not no impact.so changing machines, changing angles and stress points is vital. Otherwise the hips and knees revolt.
So I am still customizing the routine and adjusting it.
Rowing is my core cardio exercise- goal for the year is 1.6 million meters. I may adjust it upwards once I know more.

Another old song:
Inspiration, move me brightly,
light the song with sense and color,
hold away despair.
More than this I will not ask.....

Your program isn't capturing SkiErg meters. On the Affiliation Detail page, they are represented in the "Season Meters" column, but not in the "Indoor Meters" or "Water Meters" columns for some reason. Not asking you to change anything; just letting you know.
