Good representation on the leaderboard from many Lunies....and Adam is still putting on a show, although Alice and Darlene are giving good chase. Reminds me of a high school chemistry teacher that I had. He would often say to students that he might not catch them in the first mile, and maybe not in the second....but there was no doubt that he would catch them.

I am always impressed with the meters Darlene rows and also the great amount the Ancients row. Hope I can do that when I get old.
Heard Miss Lily rowed a ranked 5k today to pick up the gauntlet thrown down by Gene. Looks like Kona and Minnie dont have exclusive rights to a Cali/Colo rivalry.
Took a bad fall chasing Tristans dog who had one of my chickens. Saved her but not feeling very well.

Sorry to hear about your fall, Jim. But I'm impressed that you were able to save the chicken. Hope you feel better soon.

Congratulations, Lily !!! All this racing is making me think about maybe tossing my hat in the ring.

Image Day Image of the Madness....!

Impressive rowing by everyone - lots of hours being dedicated to this endeavor! Adam still leads the pack, and Darlene (she may have some years that I don't have yet, but hooboy...she rows circles around almost all of us!) is rowing and skierging in second. Richard T has moved into third (watch out for those Ramming Speed teammates...that sounds kind of dangerous), and Ed Church is just about to crack the top ten. Many Lunies and OD teammates are easily in the top 100 participants. Which reminds me....one of the attainable kinds of goals for these kinds of challenges is to choose to be in the top ten percent of the finishers. Right now, if you've rowed more than 77 K in this WEC, you're among the elite top ten percent. Of course some of us  have yet to put any meters down for the Challenge. I will get to this soon. Spring break and getting ready for a remodeling project here that starts on Monday are throwing my stats delivery into a tailspin. Yikes.

Been there not fun at all!! Worst pain I have ever experienced - when they put that needle under your toenail. I flinched when I read about yours... Relax and let it heal correctly.

Take care,
