And there is a lot of information at http://www.crash-b.org/web/.
I saw erg assignments, and it looks like Barb's race will start at 10:20 EST, Heat 7, and Barb will be on Erg 65.
Barb, hope to see you live, as Minnie leads us in jumping jacks and hopscotch, which should get pretty raucous with Guinan Jane's concoctions. I suspect the erg numbers will help a lot with finding you in the video stream, but just in case, can you wear something really outlandish?
Just reposting this to remind folks when and what number to watch for......

Stay tuned to concept2.com/wirc for coverage and a link to the live web cast.

Good question Barb. We do need a team color/team colors. Should we go for Blue as in Blue Moon?

The video link is up and ready for the first race at 9:00 EST.
The basic Crash-B schedule is posted here: http://www.crash-b.org/web/competitors/ ... dule-2014/
And you can see the erg assignments here: http://www.crash-b.org/web/competitors/erg-assignments/
I just double checked and Barb is still set for 10:20 on Erg 65.

And to the right of the video link, you see a running twitter feed - of tweets to #crashb.
So you can also tweet your Go BG Go BG messages.
Good luck, Barb !!
(Damn, couldn't find the purple with polka dots font color.)

Whoop, whoop and hooyah !! Thanks to being on the end of one of the banks of rowing machines, bg was in view before and after the sprint session! Great way to start the day - cheering on a teammate (with tweets of encouragement by Dan W and Richard T... and perhaps others, but those are the ones that I saw scrolling by) ! Good finish by bg - there are some amazing athletes out there!

Way to go Barbara! It is amazing the motivation that one gets in an indoor erg race. I know you are giving credit to your Lunatic friends, but I've raced in the CRASH Bs (once many moons ago - 1991 - my senior year of college) and know what an inspirational experience it can be. I hope you enjoyed the day. To have a goal of better than 12:00 and finish in under 9:30 is fantastic! I am proud of you for competing, but even prouder since you outdid your goal by such a large margin.

You deserve that treat! Enjoy!

Karyn
