Lisa,
Can you please bump my goal to 150K. I'd put on for 200K except for the fact that I will be in SF for the last week of the month.
I have access to C-2's while there, but don't know if I will get in the boat there yet- may take a vacation while on a vacation :D

Yeah, and I should apologize to the team since I'm not contributing to the VTC. I'm working on 2k time at the moment, so if I'm not on the water I'll likely be doing short pieces. That 7500 was mostly 500 meter pieces at my desired 2k split (no I'm not saying!), with 1 minute rests. Both painful and informative!

Spring season on the water is all about the 2k pieces, not the longer 5k-ish head races, so the LSD workouts are not exactly in the picture right now!
