Luna-Tics Looking for More Teammates! Sign on!

We're looking for more rowers to join our team! While we can be a crazy bunch, our team name is actually based on our goal to row enough meters to get to the moon. We've reached it once, and would love to go back ! It's 384,000,000 meters to the moon - and the more people we have in the virtual boat, the faster we can get there. We enjoy the team challenges, and do our best to make them fun and interesting throughout the challenge. The journey to the moon (and sometimes to your first million meters) is a long one....it's good to have rowing buddies!

We have a very active team room on the forum pages, where we post the daily stats and celebrate personal milestones. That's one of the great things about being on a team: every person there knows just what it took for you to achieve a new distance goal, or set a PR.

To join in for the Challenge, you just have to go to teams when you are in the logbook and scroll down to where it says Virtual Team Challenge and select Luna-Tics. If you wish to join us for the year-round team too (we would be delighted!), then while you are in the logbook, scroll down to affiliation and select Luna-Tics. The Challenge Team is separate (for all the Challenges and year-round teams). You have to indicate yes, you want to participate for each challenge.

I signed in for the challenge, but I don't think I'm a "permanent" member of the team because if I check LUNA-TICS in the affiliation standing, my name isn't there.

To sign on for the year-round team (always great to have people want to join in our Lunie fun all year round !), when you are next in your logbook, scroll across to the profile section and click on edit profile. Scroll down to where it says affiliation. Year round team selections are listed in affiliations, and you should see Luna-Tics there. Hope to see you on the year round roster soon!
