Well it's been a great while since I've been here. it's encouraging to find the team in such good shape and still having fun. And lots of new names. I've been through a few rough spots with a-fib and some other heart related issues for almost six months. But things are looking up and I still love rowing! There were a few weeks when I couldn't even think about it. But I'm glad to be back in at least a small way. I also discovered that my profile had an old email address that I no longer use so I updated everything.

Great rowing everyone!

Glad that you are feeling a little better Ross. Take it easy as I am sure you have been told over and over. You are always a huge part of our team. So happy to see you on the forum again.

Hahaha - I am SURE that Peyton was pretty quiet on the plane...and I would bet that they had a few others tied to the plane wings on the way home....duct-taped with football attached so they couldn't drop it again and again....there was THEATER in that game....although it could be like a Charles Dickens' opening...it was the best of times (first half), it was the worst of times (second half)....and sometimes you give it away in overtime... Still, I am an optimist...life on the edge of happy! Today's posting delayed due to the arrival of tree people, who were removing a bunch of aspens that were near tree death due to a bore beetle of some kind. The high winds we get play havoc with mostly dead trees. I feared that my neighbor would be upset if my trees were smashing the fence and/or rooftop...

And the 222,222 was not found in driving in circles this time. It most inconveniently occurred on an expressway...had to pull over and quickly snap the photo. Might take me 5 or 6 years to get to 333,333 m on the odometer (but yes, I am planning on it :D ).

Welcome to Norma, a new teammate! We wish you many, MANY good rowing and/or ski-erging sessions...and good camaraderie here in the team!

Season meters as of 208/365 = 67,484,991 m

Total meters on the day = 590,921 m

Thank you Richard, actually shaved the beard off and now regrowing it. Was constantly mistaken for Ross, Napoli, or Big Papi even though they all are at least a half foot taller and 50 lbs heavier.
