I was recently wondering what international rowers erg scores are like. does anyone know what the oxford and cambridge top two boats generally pull?

The international teams sometimes turn up at the British (BIRC) and WIRC (aka CRASH-B Sprints) you might find some results from past events. But generally they keep their ergo scores secret so that their opposition don't get any inside info.

You can figure that most of the rowers will be pulling below 6:00 for 2k. I saw a rower for wash u row at crash-bs. He pulled a 5:48, put down the handle and sauntered away from the machine like it was nothing. Hugely impressive.
