Hi Lisa, I started logging meters on Nov. 28, 2011, so it has been just under two years to attain the 8 million lifetime meters. My goal for the season is 4 million meters, to give me a full 10 million lifetime meters by the end of the season.

I used to erg a lot when I was in college and into my early 20s, but those meters are lost to history. :(

Hi Jim: I don't warm up or cool down with the rower. (I do cool down, but not using the rower). I think for the 2012 season my average pace was something like 1:58 and change, and last season it was 1:56.7 give or take. My goal for this season was 1:55.5, but I just started rowing at this accelerated clip in May and never stopped. Now it has become something of a chore to continue this pace ... but it has helped me drop those persistent last 5 lbs (and finally have a respectable BMI), and improve my cholesterol levels to where they are now considered very good. I weigh what I weighed in high school now ... had to buy all new clothes.

Here's a snapshot I took when I passed my 2MM mark:

I finally made the million meter mark, but I don't understand the prize option.
Do I get a pin and a T-shirt or do I choose between the two?
