After an unfortunate collision with my dog I got back on the rower today for the first time in over a week! I didn't row very hard but still managed to row for over an hour and added some overdue Kms. I think I've healed enough to be able to keep adding to the total and finish strong.

Yes. He took about 10 seconds to recover while I am on day 10! Nothing major, just bruised ribs but I very clearly lost the race to the frisbee. Now if we were both rowing to the frisbee that would have been a different story

My break is over, so I thought I would drive through
my 200KM projection for the FTC. With about 8 days
left, I should be able to commit to rowing another
50KM at least. Tonights row was a a solid improvement
on my distance rowing and splits. I wasn't rowing an HM,
but realize I could have easily shaved a couple of minutes
off of my previous HM time.
