I was a rower in high school and really enjoyed it. Well, here it is 20 years later and I am trying to get fit again. By chance, I stumbled across a used Model B for $50 and bought it. It has no monitor, but I am hoping to locate a cheap PM1 or PM2 and if not, then buy a PM3. Once I get that settled, can you guys make any recommendations for workouts for a guy who is just getting back into it? I know I am going to be sore, but don't want to be so sore that I don't want to even look at my erg. I am pretty out of shape
