A lot has happened in the last 4 years, but I never sold my rower. I may be 71 yo, but I can still row gently, and I really need to lose those 30 pounds I put back on. Not to mention its a great stress reliever.
I see that Ducks in a Row are still around. Good job, ladies! After I get in a little better shape (I'm starting with 15 minutes) I will join the next challenge.

Re: back on the rower after 4 years
I'm with you. My last even tiny row was 6 months ago, but I haven't been consistent for years. I'm happy to return to the flock, rowing worked best to keep me in shape. I'm back with a 5k and hopefully more to follow. I could lose 50 pounds, but who's counting? I threw out my unreliable scale, but I'm hoping to see some inches come off my waist. I'm debating whether to aim for long, steady rows or more varied rows. Probably long and steady are a good first goal, but I know anything is infinitely more than nothing.
Let's go!
