Just joined this team and just logged my very first model D pm4 1000M workout. working on technique and form. also seeing which muscles will feel it....LOL
Looking to get a few more short sessions in over the weekend.

I did a total of 1012M with a 250M slow warm up and then a little more intensity 750M. Total time was a slow 6:59

Nothing but up from here

Welcome to the team! You are off to a great start. Don't push yourself too hard these first few weeks. You will make amazing gains this first several months of rowing.

Welcome Dwayne!! Glad to have you in our little boat. You've made a great investment in your health and fitness. Like Andy says, don't head out of the gate too fast! Don't worry about times until you get your technique solid. There are some great technique videos out there. We have a couple fast folks on the team (our Cap'n is smokin'!) but I'm a slowpoke and will ALWAYS be. Post any questions you have here and we'll help out however we can! :)

P.S. Your meters will show up in today's meters report, which will be posted tomorrow morning or thereafter...

Could you tell me how much sign on bonus would be. Also how often is drug testing. Obviously not very often. Never mind I'll have my agent contact you. Thanks Richard T

1) Sign on bonus is a rusty bottle cap, 2 aggies, an old door hinge & a hard-boiled egg.

2) We are meticulous about testing all drugs on ourselves before selling any in the back alley.

3) Have you also switched agents from Scott Boras to Jay Z? Et tu?
