Glad you're sticking with it!
It's a bit of a rocky road, I have to row a bit...see how the shoulder does...row a bit more...etc. Seems like I'm slowly getting better though, the shoulder hurts less after rowing than it used to!

Plus there's this: on Monday morning, bright and early, I'm going to try something new, on-the-water actual aquatic rowing (in a boat and everything). Should be interesting, my 16 year old son's crew will be practicing at the same time and he's promised to laugh loudly as they scream by us at 3/4 press while we're trying to go flat out... (darn kids)

Hey, as someone who is a lightweight born in a heavyweight body - or perhaps even 2 lightweights - I resent that remark!
