All In A Couple of Days of ERGing: Team Progress Thru 6.7.1

Post by Kona2 » June 8th, 2013, 9:22 am

Okay, so the posting was quite a bit later! Had a perfect storm of activities all occurring within the same week...and I just ran out of time. Looks like several teammates are in the quite busy mode, too!

Image
I'm sure this pathway is as good as "the yellow brick road" .... it is great to be able to enjoy a blue sky day in some very therapeutic surroundings....just don't lose any golf balls in this stuff...probably slithery things in that grass...

We've had two more returning teammates in the last couple of days. Sarah has talked Jason into another season of rowing (woohoo for recruiting!), and Eva-Kristin of Germany is back for some more Lunie fun, too. Welcome back!

Season meters through 38/365 = 8,678,686 m

Total meters on the last couple of days = 519,492 m

And the moral of this story is don't start down a bunny trail just before you hit the submit the post button....because while you are chasing the rabbit, your post can go far far away into cyberspace.... and it was all because of the Beastie Bloomz tee shirt. And the green thumb.

Whooooosh......and another weekend flies by! Wait....my "to do" list isn't done yet !

Wunderkind Zachary has checked in with us for the 2014 Rowing Season and the continuation of our journey to the moon.....can't wait to see how many meters he racks up this summer! Welcome back!

We've rowed through the first 40 days and 40 nights of the rowing season, and we've covered almost 10 million team meters! Wowzer!

Season meters as of 40/365 = 9.389,181 m

Total meters on the day = 1,439,193 m

Oars in space (participation) = 21 percent

It's like an explosion of color when you walk into a gardening center......but it was a Beastie Bloomz tee shirt and it's sneakered dinosaur that caught my eye...

Hahaha! Well, if you have Tebow, you wouldn't need Welker because Tebow doesn't pass too much....things to ponder while we row !
