I've been trying to develop a playlist for stationary rowing. I purchased some music specifically developed for rowing, but I'm just not into it. I tend to like really hard driving rock and metal, and the stuff I purchased is very "new agey." I really don't enjoy it. I'm glad I tried it, but it just isn't for me.
Does anyone have a low intensity play list that they'd be willing to list the contents of?
Training Playlists?

Re: Training Playlists?
How about Led Zepplin's album "Mothership".
I get really pumped up when I listen to it, just so much badassery.
If I am pulling a 1:50 split before the album starts, once it starts, my split will drop a solid 5 secs to 1:45.
If you are in to hard rock this is the stuff for you

Define "low intensity." I know some folks who do steady state like their lives depend on it. Here's my mid-intensity list:
Sirius (Instrumental) The Alan Parsons Project
Training Montage Vince DiCola
Eye of the Tiger Survivor
Burning Heart Survivor
No Easy Way Out Robert Tepper
Gonna Fly Now (Theme from "Rocky") Bill Conti
Can't Stop Lovin' You Van Halen
Extreme Ways Moby
8 Mile Eminem
Whiskey In the Jar Metallica
Hearts On Fire John Cafferty
Life In Technicolor ii Coldplay
Right Now Van Halen
Final Countdown Europe
Killing in the Name Rage Against the Machine
Also, I have Andy Hunter's techno CD "Exodus," from which I removed all the quiet bits.
