I'm the tallest rower at 5'7.8 on my team
I weigh 138 and have sever asthma
2 days ago we had a erg test mine split was 2:13.3 total time it took 8min 53seconds
Was it good or bad ;( I had a asthma attack and a back Injury I didn't go all out because of my asthma and I wanted to pace myself
What do you think? I also kept it at a low spm(strokes per minute) at no more then 25 spm soo what do you think?
