Signatures?

Hello, I am new to the site, and kind of new to rowing.
I have noticed that some users' signatures are all of their PB's organized in chart-form.
How would one access this? Is it a website, an iPhone app, or do they create them themselves?
If an app/program/website, is it free or not?
