Keep up the great work everyone!

Get well, Pam. Don't worry about running or rowing until you are all better. That is what is most important.

WHY? You don't need to prove anything to us--or yourself, in case you needing reminding: your avatar says it all, lady! We know you would if you could! Trust us flubby butts on that one.

I've seen the light for myself and I take back what I said last time. Recovery is GREAT!

Hey Pam, be a little patient and get well before you make things worse (that's the voice of experience by the way).

Just checking in for a New York minute... Got in a HM & a 2K cooldown last night, then got a 2K warm-up & a sub-38:00 10K today, so Passover isn't going to put me too far behind my WEC goals!
Glad to see some nice numbers, we have 1 more month in the official erging year, and it's a great way to play catch-up. I had hoped to hit 10MM by the end of the season, but I'm still a tad below 9.5MM, so the plan has changed to push for the end of May.
FOR THOSE OF YOU WHO HAVEN'T SIGNED UP YET FOR THE W.E.C., THERE'S ONY 53 MORE HOURS TO DO SO BEFORE THE DOOR SLAMS SHUT... WE NEED YOU! CAN YOU HELP?
