His personal trainer is only 70?! Why is he even listening to that young whippersnapper?!

I do think I'm taking the next 45 years off. After all, I can start exercising at 98 and still live past 102!..

It's going slowly, but going, which is a good thing. I plan on going very slowly for the next month or so to see how I do.

I would've picked the British IRC to do my 100-year old row, but someone already beat me to being the first centenarian to finish the 1K row...

Izzy I'm tired from running, physical therapy, lifting weights AND rowing! Speaking of lifting weights. I know this isn't all that impressive but now that I can bench 55 for 3 sets of 15 a few workouts already I'm ready to move up to 60lbs! I finally got the go ahead from surgeon that I can continue lifting and go heavier as long as I go nice and slow and am smart about it.

WOW VERY COOL. I'm not like you guys, I don't want to live that long. Well unless I'm rowing and running strong!

Thanks! I was hoping to hit a million early than this, but work has gotten in the way. I've been on the road too much over the past month and after getting into rowing, getting on a treadmill or an elliptical in a hotel fitness center is so boring.

Now I'm starting to look forward to seeing what I can do with a full season.

Just got my 5 mill pin and shirt from C2. Gotta love freebies. I haven't set a goal for the challenge because I'm just going with the marathon training thing-it's enough of a goal for me just to stick with that. But, the marathon plan says that you'll do 800k to a mill or so in 3 months so I'll have a decent month. Good luck to all.
