Hey! There's no need for quotes. IR is a sport and C2 sets the season. Don't try to resist their awesome marketing efforts!

Thanks, though you caught me on my "rest" day. If you see more than 18k it probably means I rowed twice - once at home in the morning and a second at work in the afternoon. Have to justify my erg purchase!

BTW, we got another 18 inches of snow today... where is that global warming you promised me Lisa?

Two-a-days! You're hard-core, man!

I dunno where the heat went. It's freezing and rainy here today! But I managed to get in 6 miles of trail between rain showers. :)

The heart rate training is way difficult. For instance, I was supposed to do 4 intervals of 20 minuts each at a HR of 80-90% of my max, which is 139 to 157 bpm. Supoosed to do them at vary SPM. So lets say 20 to 22 strokes per minute. In order to get my heart rate to the range specified I had to pull unbelievably hard and I am just not strong enough to pull that hard for a 20 minute interval-the muscles can only do so much. So, I just do the best I can, and will see what happens over time. But, all in all, it'll make me a lot more fit.

Thanks for the welcome back... Looking forward to some more challenges. But I did have to make a trip to the doctor. I hope I am able to keep up my numbers... Didn't over do the rowing. More like to much stretching have an inflamed hip joint but with the injections and pills I am good to go for now....

Welcome to all the new members

Uh, oh.... Maybe you should restrain yourself to just human-level numbers for a while... Injections and pills seem kinda daunting! Take care of yourself!!
