A little cold moved from head to chest Thursday-Friday. I just HAD to row something so I did a little warm-up and then knocked the dust off my foam roller and stretching how-to book. I did 15k this morning and felt fine. I think I'll skip the interval training this weekend.

Lisa, I hope you get well soon, and to Cap'n Izzzmeister I hope you have safe travels and that your trip to the ER had a happy resolution.

I am also suffering pain on my entire left side of my torso. I rowed through it last week - very slowly - but may need to take some time off this week. My wife is a nurse and thinks it may be a mild case of pleurisy.

Getting old sucks! :?
