It was Ventricular Fibrillation I had. I'm not too good at keeping track of all the different terms, VF versus AF, and PVC's. I just know my heart does a fair amount of jumping around. Just back from a 2 week cruise with no shocks from the ICD this time. That was nice.

Grams, What a great CD to get to work out to. That was a great concert with Bruce Springsteen, Elvis Costello, Jackson Brown, Bonnie Raitt, K.D.Lang, Jennifer Warnes on back up vocals. and many others there including T Bone Burnette, Tom Waits, Elvis's guitarist for many years, James Burton, JD Souther. It was recorded live with very little rehearsal at the Coconut Grove. If anyone else is interested, the album name was "Roy Orbison and Friends, A Black and White Night."

Paul S

Yup, the music is just right for an hour long session. My daughter took me to see 'Smoky Joe's Cafe' after I got the "B & W" album, so I had to go out an get cds by the Drifters, the Platters, & the Coasters. Now I've got enough music from my teen years to row a marathon.

Can anyone tell me what the Dec 12 online maraathon is all about? Which program are the participants using? I still need to do my marathon. (assuming my elbows will let me)

Grams

I had some elbow and wrist problems about a year ago. I switched my mouse from the right to the left and also purchased a gel mousepad. No problems since...
