BTW, I managed a new 5K PR this morning: 23:50.2 (2:23.0/500m pace). Just a good, steady effort, and my 3rd 5K PR this week...
I think all of the LSD (long, slow distance) of the FTC gave me a good base.

Yes, it was a nice place. Sunny and cool with no diesel fumes from other trucks. Ha ha ----- And thats a M978 fuel transport truck, and no I wouldn't have to kill you for that one .
