I believe the technical term is BFGT (I think that refers to some sort of large gas truck). :-)

BTW, I managed a new 5K PR this morning: 23:50.2 (2:23.0/500m pace). Just a good, steady effort, and my 3rd 5K PR this week...

I think all of the LSD (long, slow distance) of the FTC gave me a good base.

Next up on the C2 challenge calendar, the Skeleton Crew Challenge!! Get those old bones moving again after their post FTC-collapse!

Skeleton Crew Challenge: October 25–October 31

In honor of Halloween, we invite you to participate in the Skeleton Crew Challenge. It's a great way to earn all that Halloween candy!

The Details:
1. Row and/or ski at least 31,000 meters between October 25 and October 31.
2. This is an individual challenge. (You do not need to belong to a team to participate.)
3. Meters must be entered online.
4. Indoor rower and SkiErg meters only (no on water/on snow meters please). You can combine meters from each machine to reach 31,000 meters.

Yes, it was a nice place. Sunny and cool with no diesel fumes from other trucks. Ha ha ----- And thats a M978 fuel transport truck, and no I wouldn't have to kill you for that one B) . They have been around for years. The one before that may be a different story -- as you notice I did not post any pics of it. Or even mention what I was carrying. <enter mission impossible music here> :D
